Dear Spark Pre Order Customers

We hope this message finds you healthy and safe. We’d like to take a moment to update you on your order status and share some news relating to Spark.

As we continue to experience delays due to logistical challenges brought on by the pandemic, we expect Last Chance Special customers should now begin receiving their Sparks starting in late June.

In the meantime, we wanted to let you know about some cool new updates for the Spark iOS and Android app. If you like, you can download it now in the App Store or Google Play to check it out before your Spark arrives. Here’s a rundown of some of the new features:

Welcome Sharon, the new drummer in Smart Jam! An excellent pocket player with funky grooves, Sharon loves a guitarist that plays cool rhythmic patterns. Be sure to strike up a jam with Sharon when your Spark arrives.

Smart Jam & Quick Jam Editor: You can now edit the chords and transpose in Smart Jam and Quick Jam to further customize your playing experience.

Tone Tagging in ToneCloud: Tag your tones on ToneCloud so other users can find them more easily!

For real time updates on your order, you can use the Track Order tab on our website (positivegrid.com/spark) to quickly get information related to your shipment. Plus, we will email you as your order moves from one stage to the next, and share the tracking number as soon as your Spark ships to you.
